ROLE DESCRIPTION
I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grown the agency.
  • Help customers customize coverages, products, and services
  • Explaining various policies and products to potential and existing customers.
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
  • Following sales processes and providing excellent customer service

  • Licensed in Life and Health (Must have currently)
