"Our agent retired recently and have been recently transferred to this office. All my dealings with them so far have been great. I went into the office just to make sure where it was and Adalie was very nice when I stopped in. I called today to switch insurance to a new vehicle and to get a life insurance policy. Hannah was very nice and answered all my questions about my various existing policies and about the new one. Very helpful!"

"Super easy, quick, thorough, and not a robot!!! The office is local (Bloomington) although I reside in Indianapolis. When I call someone answers, they listen to my concerns, answer my questions fully and I don’t have to press an option or yell representative, only to be hung up on (previous insurance had bots and would hang up on me).
Very happy with my decision to switch! I bundled home owners and auto. Also, I used one of them weird websites from Facebook and Kori emailed me with a detailed quote! All the other sites were annoying and just said contact us."

"Ethan was most helpful in preparing 2 quotes for me (for my cars & home insurance). His explanations were thorough and he answered any and all questions I had. His demeanor was most friendly and I was very comfortable talking with him. A lot of sales agents (no matter the industry), act like they are trying to sell you something. This was not the case with Ethan. His presentation was most welcome and he continues to field questions from me when I call him in a most professional, yet friendly manner."

"Do NOT come here for insurance. They will lie to you, they will refuse to answer any questions, they will send your paperwork/checks/id cards to addresses that you do NOT have on file. Ethan who answers the phone is absolutly USELSS and cannot answer any type of question you have. DO NOT COME HERE"
