ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. As a Customer Service Representative, we will teach you to be a risk advisor and uncover customer needs. We are looking to add someone with a winning and competitive mindset. Please take into consideration, this position will require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Taking detailed notes and completing processes
  • Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
  • Writing insurance policies
  • Help customers customize coverages, products, and services
  • Claim submission
  • Billing clarification

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
