- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful
- Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
DESIRED ABILITIES
- Possess excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and thinking.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Experience working with Medicare products
- Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
